Beaconsfield - Gerry Louis Review

I'm not going to go int much detail with this branch because Ryan already did all that on his first visit. This one is so out of the way and I don't drive but my friend lives in Denham who told me about this one opening soon ages ago so we had to go do it.
We had a table on the far side of the restaurant because my friend wanted soft seats and it seems that you can get ignored there by the plenty of staff who were milling about or talking to each other. The tables had lamps on them which didn't make much sense but its a good view of outside where they also had tables. This restaurant has opened too late to take advantage of the summer heat.
Lack of proper organisation at the tills meant you were waiting for ages to get served. A half an hour wait for the food which by the time we got someone's attention it was coming over. I ordered 4 thighs which had been recommended but never again. They were juicy, sauced up and cooked well but for a carnivore like me was just not enough food. It costs more than a half chicken too so was not value for money tbh.
Again couldn't get anyones attention to get takeaway bags so had to go up to the counter. Also experienced the fire alarm going off whilst eating, all in all it was very shoddy! Maybe they just had an off night but they will need to get their act together.
