1.5 (Very disappointing - cold, flavourless, burnt)

1 (Very dirty, nothing on walls, I wanted to leave!)
Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

Two things stood out as being unacceptable.

1. We sat next to a window that was cracked and the cold February air kept the entire place cold. Had to keep my coat on.

2. The member of staff at the till wouldn't accept my Nando's loyalty card claiming that some of the stamps were fake. When I got one of my companions to go up WITH THE SAME CARD the same member of staff ACCEPTED IT! Was it my face???

Thoroughly unimpressed and won't return.
