Baker Street - Anonymous Review

I had a very disappointing experience at Nando’s today, which is unusual for me as I’ve never had a bad experience here before.
I was served by Angela, who was extremely rude. When I approached the till, I was ignored. About a minute later, she looked at me with a rude expression and simply waited for me to give my order, no greeting, no “how can I help,” nothing at all.
When I gave my order, she told me she couldn’t hear me in a very rude tone. My friend behind me even commented on how rude she was being. I repeated my order twice, and when she confirmed, “So you want two sides?” I asked if I could also have water. She rolled her eyes, looked up at the ceiling, and passed the glass to me without saying thank you after I paid, clearly just waiting for me to leave.
I understand it was a Sunday and it may have been busy, but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service. An experience like this makes you not want to be served by Angela again. I strongly suggest customer service skills are reviewed.
