The wait time for the meal was positively atrocious. I lost my whole work dinner break waiting for food which was appallingly slow. Just not good enough!

The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived, with a few dirty tables around. The online ordering system was a bit confusing, so we ended up queuing at the counter, which took a while.

This Nandos has gone downhill and it’s very disappointing. The last 5 times we have been here we have either been told there is no chicken so could not order or there was takeaway only due to short staff (even though there were people seated eating and staff in the kitchen). The one time we have managed to sit and eat we asked for a table outside and sat ourselves, we ordered some halloumi and drinks through the app to nibble while we decided what we wanted to eat.

Just needed more basting on the chicken, when I can see large parts of the breast that are bare lacking in any colouring (basting) which is why you order extra hot and it's not even spicy cause there's just not enough on there.
