The manageress, Gloria, was extremely helpful and courteous. We had problems trying to claim a give-away ( we eat Nandos regularly) and she went above and beyond to assist us, even though the app was not working as it should.

I believe that in the end she served us our meal even though the offer and app failed. We felt valued and appreciated. Thank you Gloria !

Food preparation took more than 15 minutes

I was advised that Nandos will no longer be continuing the soft white bun burgers. This is a very poor decision and appears to be aimed at serving smaller burgers at higher prices. Very disappointing cost cutting effort by Nandos and I will no longer consider Nandos for burgers anymore
