Out of every Nandos I’ve been to this has been the worst one. Once we received our food we didn’t get plates because they were in the wash apparently but they couldn’t spared 2 plates as they knew we were waiting for our food.

Second time ordering a vego option and second time chicken added!?? Asked for remake today, which they did however still not made according to my order. No grilled pineapple

We have been to nandos lots of times, but on this visit The chips were lukewarm at best and chicken tenders reheated dried out and colder than chips. Girl at counter polite but tried to tell someone an older person and who has worked in food places before, that it’s cooked in oven then char grilled NO WAY that, that was the case. I know it’s not her fault and I wasn’t rude to her when I let her know how our food was. But We love nandos and was looking forward to it.

Coming ot this Nando's has filled my life with that peri peri joy that everyone is missing out on. It was a definition of perfect, the restuarant, the food, the climate just EVERYTHING PERI PERI WOO
