Was welcomed by Charlie,he was brilliant, so polite and helpful a credit to your company!there was a good atmosphere in the restaurant, all staff were friendly, the food was served quickly considering how busy it was,we really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be returning, thankyou Charlie and all staff for a great enjoyable lunch Gina

Kate was out waitress we hadn't been before and grandson chose it for his birthday treat Kate was excellent;helpful and professional .We really enjoyed it

absolutely terrible ordered my good and so did my friends my food hasnt came and they have finshed dont want to come for food where i eat by myslef absol terrible

I would just like to review as I was so happy with the whole experience in Aintree Nando’s.

Usually you go to the Nando’s and there’s a few in the queue and the staff will say a longer wait than it actually is - I always wait and you are seated within 10 - 15 minutes max. Usually the chickens a bit colder than expected and it tends to put you off returning sooner ! But when it’s bob on you have a great experience. Just like we did on Sunday….

Food and staff fab but the cutlery was filthy . I purposely layed out the dirty cutlery by the storage area with food still on it to alert staff. Tried to discretely find someone but they seemed busy cleaning tables and I didn’t want to make a scene.
No probs with food and staff but this should be addressed

This store is on the edge of a retail park and looks like it is newer than the park and cunningly squeezed in on the edge. Massive amounts of free parking.There is a front patio area with several seats, i don't like sitting on edges of car parks but i can see how some customers who never get outside might like it, and if parents with sqwarky brats were to use it, everyone elses experience inside is quieter and better.

Food took 35 to arrive only after I asked twice, foo arrived cold. Didn't complain as didn't want to wait another 35 minutes

Got to this Nando's at about 1pm on Sunday and the front half was packed but the back half behind the sort of caging was empty - but was full by the time we left!
