I ordered a takeaway for collection. Family platter and a butterfly burger + 2 sides. The order was for collection at 20:10. My son arrived at 20:10 to collect the order and he was told to take a seat while they bagged the order. They then forgot about him. I went into the Nandos at 20:40 to ask for the food. They said it was ready but hadn't given it to my son. When I asked the manager about this he said no one knew he was waiting even though the guy who told him to wait was there.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Gemma working at the Addlestone branch on Monday evening. Very friendly and extremely caring.
After having a day from hell, all we wanted was some food. Gemma noticed us waiting and came over instantly. It was near closing time, but not for a single second, did Gemma make us feel like we had to leave. What an amazing human.
Thank you so much Gemma, for helping make this day a little easier to bear.

Hats off and respect to you.

Great experience and want to call out Abdul who went above and beyond! My father is disabled and he offered to physically help when he got stuck in his chair after transferring from his mobility scooter into the chair while we ate. He then also helped direct my dad to get out of the tight space with his mobilty scooter. What a lovely man he is and a credit to the restaurant. This was excellent customer service. We will be back! Thank you and I hope you get to see this feedback.

Darcy at Addlestone Nando’s is a real asset to the team. She handled how busy it was with real ease, and was proactive in every step she took. She handled compliments humbly and I hope her management understand how lucky they are to have someone as young and professional as her.

Worst experience I’ve had to date. So many tables empty but the manager kept saying ‘don’t sit anyone down’. We stood and queued for 40 minutes then ordered our food straight away, they got the drinks and food order wrong and took 30 minutes to come out. They were too busy with Deliveroo and click and collect orders to care about people waiting.

The food was good and well done, despite the constant missing items, but the Managers called Steve (didn't get the other guys name bald with beard) was disrespectful not only to my table and others but to the staff as well, seeing and listening to them shout abuse at a member of staff for being sexual harassed by a fellow staff member and telling them that mental health is fake and that they are just lazy and disrespectful, I will never go here again and hope Nandos HR do something about thes
