I made an online order at 19h49 ordering a Ribs and burgers for collection at Steers Mafikeng Mall.
I was informed that an order will be ready after 20 minutes. I then drove to the Mall which is about 8 km to where I stay and arriving there, I found another customer who was complaining about an order that he waited for for a very long time and it is only when he complained that he was informed that they mistakenly did not call him to collect it as he indicated that he was there for about thirty minutes. To that end he requested his refund. I then followed thereafter to collected my order and I flabbergasted when I was informed that the order has been cancelled because there are no ribs. I neither was called nor the least being sent the message that I should not bother coming. I wasted my time and fuel because of this sheer incompetence and below par service and this is tarnishing your brand. I therefore am very disappointed with the kind of service received.
