There is an infestation of fruit flies which obviously was annoying most guests in the restaurant. You need to close the restaurant and fumigate it before opening again. The fruit flies were everywhere!

Juan at Bournemouth Castlepoint Nandos is always providing a fantastic service. I have always loved the food here, but the professionalism and friendliness of staff makes it especially pleasant and makes me want to come back to the restaurant again and again. Thank you very much, Juan, always with a smile, a story to tell and just make one feel really welcome.

It was our grandson birthday and the manager as soon as he knew celebrated with giving our grandson a lovely dessert. He added to a great birthday meal.

John very rude, even when advised Internet is not working he sent me to go back to table order online. Very rude service, tone of voice, definitely not felt welcome, not coming back when he is on the shift, feel very disappointed and Undervalued! Very disappointed customer!

Ordered the Bernie burger it was cold, they took the burger away to cook a new one and left the chips to eat. Came back with a new one, ok but still not hot. My advice would be not only to make sure that it’s piping hot, but to serve all meals on warm plates and toast your buns. They are very thick burgers and are probably cooked from frozen. As a company you should refund any meal that is not up to standard.

Ordered takeaway - The staff were too busy trying to entice me into turning all my regular sides into larges that they forgot the peri salt on my chips and burnt the rest of my food to a complete crisp - DISGUSTING.

The 2nd of two Nando's on what was a great visit to Bournemouth. Half an hour later whisks sitting in Creams I would realise I'd lost my phone at some point but I was happy in my bliss. I bought a day rider so I could travel around Bournemouth so I jumped on a bus and it wasn't half an hour til I arrived at this branch from town.

I went into Nando's with an old friend who loves Nando's. I on the other hand am sceptical but the special 'Sunset' chicken burger was awesome! Could have eaten another three. A little dark inside but good food and atmosphere.

Really good chicken today. Whilst it was not my first Nando's visit to this restaurant, I had a few firsts on this visit. Despite being told on mass not to order the mashed potatoes at Nando's as it's not great (and mash being one of my favourite foods) I went for it, after years of hesitations. The verdict - good!! I had such low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. I can now add peri peri sauce to one of my favourite foods. I ordered a 1/4 chicken, mash and corn on the cob.

Bournemouth was the 81st stop on our Nando’s Quest and a place I hadn’t been to for almost ten years. After some time beside the seaside, we had a look to see where the Nando’s was and it was absolutely nowhere near the sea. Half of us drove and half of us bussed (return £2.20) to retail park a few miles outside of the centre.

After a Hockey game in the area we decided to call into Bournemouth to hit it off our list. It's situated on the edge of a large out of town shopping centre. Being a saturday afternoon the traffic approaching was diabolical and we spent quite a while sat in queues.

This was my first visit to Nando's Bournemouth but boy was it a great one. It is right opposite the cinema and has free parking a chicken bone's throw away. The food was delivered lightening fast and the decor was stunning...for a Nando's. It is a must for any Nando's enthusiast who happens to find themself in Bournemouth on a rainy Wednesday afternoon. On an interesting note, I was ordering for two as I'm no loner! I ordered two fizzy drinks.

This is located on the Castlepoint Shopping Park in the East Village. Just be aware if you follow sat nav (or at least my sat nav) the post code takes you round the back of the industrial estate to the deliveries entrances. Otherwise, a few mini roundabouts where you have to come back on yourself gets you to the East Village parking, which is right outside Nando's front door.

The atmosphere in this branch is always great - thats why we keep going back for more (and more... and more!) Always perfectly cooked, and just the right amount of sauces. Brilliant!

This Nando's was easy to find using satellite navigation even though it is in a shopping complex, something which has proved to be a problem in the past. The branch is visible from the road and parking is rather easy as there is free parking right outside the branch in the rather modern Castle Point Shopping Park. Other outlets in the immediate vicinity include Orange, Marks and Spencer, Asda and B & Q.
