Weston-super-Mare has been on our Opening Soon & Restaurant Rumours page for quite some time, after learning that planning permission for the Dolphin Square development had been granted - back in 2011. Bit by bit the site has been cleared to make way for the new development, which building work is finally starting on, according to The Weston Mercury, which you can read here. Let's hope for a 2016 opening!
