Micaela who served us is very friendly and approachable. She knows the menu with the great depth and offers things we should try.
She paid attention to our order and repeated it accurately… she was very enthusiastic and friendly…
She is a members value of the team and I hope there will be more people like her…
Thank you Micaela, makes me want to go back to Nandos every time…

First time I’ve ordered Nando’s on line and will certainly be doing it again!! Placed my order, able to collect 15 mins later and the food was banging!! Welcomed at the door by a friendly young guy who pointed us in the direction of Shannon who was dealing with takeaways. She was really smiley and friendly and the food was already bagged and ready to go!! Literally can’t fault the system and the staff…..well done Nando’s Crawley!

Was impressed with the COVID cleaning. Properly sprayed tables left before wiping completely. Food was quick and hot and social distancing was very much in place. Oh I am loved the crockery!

Extremely clean! Loos were sparkling! Always friendly staff with good service no matter how busy it is. The food as always was perfect and fresh, all normal for Crawley Nandos!

I had a great experience at Crawley Nando's the other night, which was my 103rd different Nando's visit.The staff were very welcoming and quickly sat me down on a rather busy Wednesday evening. With a cinema opposite, I can't imagine this Nando's being quiet too often but they seemed to be in control of everything. Luckily there was only a very short queue to order and my food arrived after 12 minutes or so.

I visited Crawley Nandos the morning after a wedding in Horsham. I found the branch using the nandos app and it did absolute wonders for my hangover.

A tasty wing platter all to myself for breakfast, lovely.

Crawley's medium-sized Nando's restaurant is ideally located in the centre of a busy Leisure Park, in close proximity to a Cineworld (which will be boasting a brand new IMAX screen as of next month) and several culinary competitors (McDonald's, Subway, Frankie and Benny's, TGI Friday's, Pizza Hut and Bella Italia). There is generally plenty of parking spaces for cinema patrons and diners alike.

Popped in to wait for freinds landing at gatwick which is only 5 minutes away so I reckon this is the quickest nandos to get to when you have been missing your peri peri hit out of the country. Earliest I have ever been to a nandos arriving at 11:30 as it opened. Placed in a leisure complex along with a cineplex, bowling, frankie and bennies, bella italia, tgifridays ect and massive amount of free parking. Seating outside and well decorated inside with a range of seating types.

Parking is free and plentiful, except sometimes on a Friday or Saturday evening. Cinema & bowling alley in the same leisure park.

Was in Crawley for a week in July 2008 and managed to squeeze in three trips to this one! It's on Crawley Leisure Park, so was home to the usual culprits in these areas: Pizza Hut, McDonald's, TGI's and a cinema as well. Loads of free parking too.
