I've been to plenty of Nando's restaurants but I thought I'd start my first review at this one. I love Nandos, it's just the best restaurant that there is! This was my eighth visit to Grand Central. For us, the food was your bog standard Nandos. Ordered my usual, four thighs, peri chips and mash. All medium with the sauce. The chips were perfect, as usual but the thighs wern't up to scratch. A little dry but once the sauce was applied, it was good. I've given it a 3 out of five for the food. The thighs let it down slightly. Cleanliness was a little down due to it being busy, but we came across a first: a dirty knife in the pot. Gave it to the manager who handled things perfectly and he even gave us a discounted price despite us not making a major complaint. Great staff. I look forward to me next visit to this Nandos branch.
