Just wanted to raise the exceptional customer service Jaydan gave us last night. Very welcoming and haven’t felt that warmth from a waiter in many years. Well done Jaydan keep being you. X

Mid- week dinner with Gerry at the Teddington branch, this is a new branch to me.
As it was after 6.30 pm I found free parking in the road opposite. However, I am not sure if this is freely available at other times, it’s a residential road so could be ‘permit only.’
I think it was 15 minutes wait for the food to arrive, but was busy catching up and trying to thaw out from the freezing weather outside, so a tiny wait was not an issue.

The service was unlike any other! Despite it being so late on a Friday where they had run out of some of the items we requested, they over compensated and gave us extra food, which was great! They were extremely attentive to our needs, and extremely friendly. As study abroad students, we really found ourselves feeling at home at Nandos, and that can be attributed to the staff. Thank you Katie and Buddy for giving us an incredible experience that we still rave about even four months later!

Lovely Nandos. I drove past it twice as I didn't realise it was underneath the hotel, but it is a reasonable location. I don't know about the transport-I went at a time when parking was free in adjoining streets. I went with a friend and we bumped into someone I used to work with previously. We were treated like royalty and we had a fabulous time. My food accidentally came out as for takeaway but it was soon sorted. All the staff (not just the guy I knew) were friendly and fun.

My first time going to this Nando's - me and my chicken soul mate (yes you heard right!) ditched a wedding reception to explore a new Nando's.

It was really nice, open, nicely decorated - one of the best looking Nando's I have been to.

The food was lovely - service was great!!

Dinner and catch up with my former work colleague took us to Nando's Teddington. It was this one over Richmond as there are free places to park if you can find one. Despite driving past a really good spot, my friend found another within ten minutes driving around.

I always dread going to this branch because the chicken is still slightly pink inside. Not enough to turn someone's stomach, but for a chicken fan like me, noticeable.

The best Nando's for miles! The food in the Teddington branch is consistently flawless, tables aren't crammed together like they are in the Kingston and Richmond branches, and there is a pleasant and roomy outdoor area for sunny days. Service is always quick and friendly, it's just perfect.

I don't like visiting this branch as normally the chicken is still pink inside. I was in the area just before 3pm so went in for a late lunch (only had breakfast at 11). There were maybe 4 other tables occupied so no waiting for seating or serving, and used one of my red rewards to get a half chicken mango and lime with peri chips and garlic bread. This isn't the first time I've not had the sweet mash but I didn't know what to start eating first.

I am 87 and disabled but I wanted to take my grand-daughter out to celebrate her graduation. A grandson had graduated last week and I had taken him and his family out to Nando's and everyone had enjoyed it so much that I wanted to repeat the celebration. My grand-daughter is a frequent visitor to Nando's so she knew the ropes. She ate her usual veggie burger which she pronounced 'great' - which is praise indeed and the three adults shared a full platter with four sides.

It took about ten minutes to find a parking space as this time I went with a friend who drives. I would probably recommend taking the bus or walking if local to the area. As we got there after 6 the parking was free however.
There was a half an hour wait for a table, but the staff were very friendly offering us to get starters or drinks whilst we waited but there isn't much of a waiting area so we stood.

As a young restaurant, I have been delighted with Nandos Teddington; it's simply the breast... Food is great, just the right amount of burn on the chicken. Extremely friendly staff (props to Sian and Michael who provide excellent front of house service). Decoration is good, with the added bonus of an outdoor area for the summer months.

Toilets were great and had a Dyson airblade, so cant complain there.

Overall a peri-peri good experience indeed.

The excitement I felt when we found out a Nando's restaurant was opening five minutes walk from our office (and Teddington train station) was, I can only assume, the same level of elation felt by those who believe the second coming is imminent. We were counting the minutes till opening day; our anticipation rising with each passing lunchtime, knowing that our lives were soon about to change forever.

This restaurant did not disappoint.

This store whilst marked up as 2 Station road you won't spot the store by going down Station road as its set back from the High street on the roundabout with Waldegrave road with a little landscaped park area separating it from the road. There is a small outside eating area on the raised terrace with privacy provided by large planters. Large windows and a wood theme welcome you into the store.

I walked to teddington from Feltham which was 45 minutes so I was famished. I was seated quite quickly by the friendly female waitress though I got my table number and simply went to the counter. The food came within average time but I found the chicken was quite on the light side as if it had not been grilled long enough. It was cooked however I would have liked the skin to be a bit more crispier than what I had. Portion size was great, the atmosphere inside was also light and friendly.

Staff young and lack of proper management keeping a close eye on the dirty tables that took long enough to be clean. That really put me off as all i could think is the state of the kitchen how clean could it be. My chicken fillet pitta came with the salad in the filling all wilted and pretty disgusting. The corn on the cob in the kids menu was pretty awful too and his chicken was all dry and not looking its best.

Time for my 98th Nando's in a pleasant area of South-West London which has only been graced with Nando's for the last 4 or 5 months. Parking was free on Park Lane (just outside the controlled zone) and a 2 minute walk from Nando's.

I went in the first day it was open. I had to wait an hour and a half to finally be served.
2 months later, They've improved waiting time, the food wasn't burnt or warm. The chicken has plenty of sauce on it but I don't think there was enough mash.
The staff are friendly, the area is clean, I can walk there from home, so I'm very happy it is open there.
