Stratford - Romford Road

Faizan was amazing with the service he provided. There was a spillage and he handled it really well, making sure everything was sorted as well as getting me a new drink and even offering to move tables. He was really sweet and made us feel really welcome. Thank you for your kindness :)

Wings platter - the wings were tiny!!!
The lady (Marie) serving me and my friend was rude. I asked if I can apply my blue light discount and she said no they don't do it here. I then asked why other branches accept it. She then said if I have a photo ID she will accept it in which I said I do. Her customer skills was very poor, not welcoming and abrupt when answering back.

I had a full platter which was quite filling and the service from Denis was excellent well mannered and polite good attitude!

This Nando’s is amazing. I’m french and don’t want to go back because we don’t have Nando’s there. This Nando’s was so quick to deliver food. Peri peri is the best seasoning.

Samantha was very attentive to us especially my young daughter. Very friendly. The food was slightly over grilled but I would still go again.

Sumaiya and Elias always make sure we get a table as soon as one is available and that the food arrives promptly and is as delicious as ever. They are both always very polite and are a pleasure to speak to. The experience is always amazing thanks to them and is the reason I keep coming back!

Unfortunately the food that came to the table (table 39) was not what we ordered - had to be taken back by the wait staff after a lot of confusion - not delivered to the intended table, and had to wait an additional 10 minutes before food came - dishes arrived sporadically, especially for chicken livers

Not a good experience overall, which is a shame as other branches were usually quite good

This store on the edge of Broadway in Stratford opposite a nearby church on a busy junction with Ibis hotel above.

The store was light and airy with a very woody feel, i got a form seat near the till with a small table with the purpose of making use of a plug socket. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Food didn't take too long and was of a good quality, the chicken was succulent.

Olives. No bones platter med butterfly, lemon/herb thighs. Spicy rice. Macho peas. Coleslaw. Garlic bread. Mediterranean salad

Waiting time for food would only have been ten minutes if they had brought the correct meal over. And the chips were under done...

An Arsenal victory at West Ham was followed by a visit to an East End Nando's which I had previously never frequented along with SVC. I arrived first and was told there would be a 10 minute wait so I left and returned at the agreed time to find my table ready, waiting for me. This Nando's has been refurbished in the last few years which shows in the reviews!

This was a pretty standard midweek visit; nothing exceptional but nothing particularly bad either. The chicken was tasty and they were slightly more generous with the chips than usual, even though it was fairly busy.

The restaurant is good, clean, great atmosphere, good layout, airy yet warm, but service is slow on every visit.
