I parked in Surrey street car park which is right behind the store but a bit pricey at £1.60 an hour or £2.50 for 3 hours £4.20 for 5 hours. The over night charge of £1 from 6pm till 8am however is very good value. The market square car park is imeadiately next to the store but was closed for use of a festival and had a few stalls on it, i gather tuesday is market day.

The store is an old bank on the edge of the Market square the store is opposite a pharmacy and very close to Marks and Spencer, the outside is very impressive stone building with high windows to illuminate the double height interrior. Inside its still very impressive with plenty of art work on the walls, impressive original plaster coved ceilings, a central shelving unit full of object d'art, pots and vases is in the middle surrounded by seating and on another isle in the middle the beverage station and cutlery are laid out. The best feature of this store is the fabulous vault room which is the old bank safe turned into a private seating area with bottled behind glass all along the walls as decoration. I couldn't get a photo as it was full of staff having their pre shift meal.

The young staff member who served me who was wearing glasses and he had short brown hair and in a trainee top was exceptionally friendly, let me pick from a range of tables and took my order at the till and brought the food. He was chatty with the other customers and very knowledgeable to the point i wondered if he was a trainee as seemed too good and has a bright future should he wish to become a patreo. But for him and the young blond lad who was also helpful and hunted me down the pomegranate sauce this store gets the rare 5 points for service.

The chicken was delectable and deliciously well cooked. Hit the spot well, the haloumi was great as well. The sweet potatoe wedges were a slightest tad over cooked but good with the sauce smeared over snd sprinkled with seed. A nice treat of a meal.

The only let down were the toilets which were the cubicle style which i don't like so much but were at least wider than many so i had space to move around inside.

Definitely a store to visit if you ever get the chance to and as it is far out by itself from other stores is doubly impressive they keep the standard so high
