The manager of duty was very nice, and after I complained about the small sized cake she offered us another slice. She is a keeper, such customer service is rare. Chicken could have done with some more sauce though

My girlfriend and I ate at the Inverness Nandos yesterday evening and wanted to write a review to specifically acknowledge the kind employee 'Claire' who works there. We misplaced a gift card shortly before arriving for dinner and Claire went above and beyond to try and help us out. Despite not getting the benefit of our lost gift card, Claire did a fantastic job of making sure we enjoyed our evening.

Everything was more charred which added to the flavour of our halloumi and garlic bread. The chicken was much juicer than normal and the speed of service was top tier.

After reading the condition of the chickens you use from your supplier I will not step foot inside another Nandos

We eat in the nandos in aberdeen union square and it’s always brilliant and so fast but was pretty disappointed today. I had a fino pitta and it seemed thrown together and parts of the chicken were rubbish. My boyfriend had the sunset burger and he couldn’t eat half of the chicken, it was grizzly and inedible. Also seemed to be a lot staff standing around. Won’t be back to the Inverness store which is a shame.

Finally Inverness has a Nando's! All these years I had been expecting it to open in the city centre, but it opened in the suburbs at a retail park instead. Plenty of free parking right outside, and it was a beautiful day so we sat out in the sun!

Excellent staff, couldn’t have been more chirpy and helpful. Didn’t mind changing my burger when I forgot to order without mayo!

Chicken thighs, Piri chips and macho peas, served by a wonderful hostess Kit. Food was delicious, hot and well seasoned. Kit was so attentive to our table, whilst managing to greet guests and thank leaving guests seamlessly.
Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Stopped into this new Nando's at about 9pm on a Saturday night, so it was pretty quiet. It's on the Inverness Retail and Business Park, which also houses a Vue cinema and many other shops and eateries. Parking is free and plentiful and Inverness train station is the nearest, just over a two mile walk away.

Being portuguese/African we love Nandos and we're really excited about one opening in Inverness. Last time we went out for a meal was 2 years ago. Feeling flush we went to the newly opened Nandos.....it was very busy so we didn't mind waiting 30 minutes for a table. My first complaint is that we waited 35 minutes but there were many empty tables further back in the restaurant
