Staff 4.5
Whilst in the area decided to visit this Nandos which was harder to find than I expected, using my satnav I firstly ended up next to a cinema, then over the new bridge and by sainsburys before ending up in the multi-storey car park above the Gloucester Quays designer outlet.

The outlet is a mixed development of old canal side warehousing and modern shopping centre. I was impressed how nice it looked but I seemed to be its only customer. I walked through to the far side where I discovered the Nandos in a still empty quarter of the Centre. I suspect there may have been parking closer but I didn't find it on this trip.

The Nandos was clean and new with some outside seating and large windows across the front. Inside there were large red chillie lights strung at the front of the store, railway sleeper style wood on the left side and a mass of pictures on the right hand wall. A large lump of wood breaks the front of the store from the back. Toilets were upstairs and spacious and clean even if involved a bit of a walk.

Food was very good, very generous portion of chips and I was impressed as the first place I have ever been where they not only offered to put sauce on your corn on the cob as it cooked but gave you a choice of how hot you want it. Slight problem with one of my chicken pieces but it was replaced instantly by a very helpful staff member and the resultant piece was moist and succulent. The staff seemed very proud of their store and rightly so.

I would whole heartedly recommend coming to this store though if I was regular would investigate other parking options. They also seem to offer a discount to cinema goers on the day of their visit on production of their cinema ticket.
