This Nando’s is the best in London in my opinion and the food was absolutely delicious the 4 boneless thighs are next level

The Nando’s Quest finally brought me to the first Nando’s that I ever ate at. Back in 2007, the restaurant was less than two years old and the chicken was pretty cheap. Almost a decade later, Nando’s #107 hasn’t changed that much aesthetically, but the price point is much higher. For several years, I lived a short walk from Canary Wharf, so Jubilee Place Nando’s was my local. I sometimes even ate here twice a day. Since moving away, I’ve been back a fair few times.

I had the skin on thighs with a portions of chips and the fino slaw. My friends ordered one of the new platters.
My food arrived first.....my friends had to wait over 30 minutes for theirs so I couldn't wait.
My chips were cold and the thighs were really dry despite plenty of sauce. Not at all what I expected.
Unfortunately no1 asked how the meal was unt after I had finished so not much they could do.

They say you always remember your first Nando’s. Canary Wharf was my first Nando’s, and one that I ended up frequenting around ten years ago. As a pre-cinema treat, we went there for a late Sunday lunch. This was my first time at this Nando’s in maybe five years, and not much had changed, other than the Jubilee Place mall which houses the restaurant now having a whole new floor of shops.

I am a big fan of Nando's ever since I moved to UK in 2010.
Usually, the foods are perfect except if they are really busy, most of the times the chicken will be burnt. Yesterday, I was quite disappointed that although there were not many customers, all the chicken that came were burnt partly.
This was my first time visiting this store after they refurbished. They used to be really good but last night's experience was really dried, burnt chicken.

It had been 3 hours since my last Nando's but at least the staff here are better behaved than Cabot Place if not more clumsy by the sound of two broken glasses in the restaurant.
This restaurant is the first I've seen of its kind where the majority of the restaurant is actually outside, about 40 tables with no cover and maybe about 5 inside. It's very open just like the staff who were very friendly if not still a bit green.

Having walked to a second nando's we were starving and had to wait ages to get a table, i was able to use my orange reward which meant i could have a free half chicken and a side of chips. That hit the spot and it was so filling but i was annoyed as it took a while to come and I had to rush back to work!

This weekend I decided to go on another Nandventure with my delightful boyfriend Marc Joss. We traversed the DLR with only a minor mishap to arrive in Canary Wharf and hunt down Jubilee Place. This Nando's was tricky to find with a need for us to circle almost the entirety of Canary Wharf to find it hidden in the undergrowth just across from the Jubilee line Underground station. Once inside, the building is an underground metropolis but Nando's is easy to locate.

Shockingly I had never made it to this reasonably local London Nando's until the weekend after my birthday on a Nandventure with Saskia. The staff were brilliant although there was one unexpected display of loyalty to Wagamamas which will be discussed later.

I took my american friend to Nando's and he wanted to know what all the fuss was about. I had hyped up Nando's so much i did not want it to be a disappointment. He was rather confused upon ordering and how it worked but we got around that and i had my usual medium butterfly chicken! My friend had a half chicken and said it was the best meal he had had in the UK! I was very happy he had enjoyed it!

The Nando's service was very prompt and the food was up to its usual high standards!

So having problems with the bill at various other restaurants we decided Nando's was the perfect place for a work team lunch! We tried to reserve a table beforehand but they don't take reservations as it is so busy at lunch times in canary wharf. We did manage to make a deal with one of the workers to try and save a few booths for us (which they did)!

This store is in the thoroughfare of a underground shopping centre in Canary wharf and as such I wouldn't say that parking is a affordable possibility. The store is Bleak and bland and is literally chairs and tables in the walkway surrounded by a low level barrier and you are looked down upon from the neighbouring Waggamamas store. There is a small amount of the store that isn't in the walk way and this section is dark and depressive.

Busy weekday lunch, had to wait for a table. Food was turned around surprisingly quickly given how busy the place was (table staff were certainly rushed off their feet). Perhaps lacked a bit of the usual Nando's flavour.

I had my standard Nandos fare for when I'm testing out a new restaurant; half chicken with rice and coleslaw plus a side of halloumi. Food took quite some time to arrive, but we literally took the last table in the place, it was rammed! First the halloumi, it was cooked to perfection and for that they have my respect. Getting it from the grill to the table in time is an art!

First Impressions:
This is a very well laid out, well lit and adequately decorated Nandoe’s situated in the heart of Canary Wharf. The restaurant is open plan and is situated inside the shopping mall alongside other open plan restaurants which gives it a very lively atmosphere; it is always clean and makes a nice pleasant environment to dine in at any time of the day.

This is a nice Nando's that opens up into the shopping area. Can seem busier than it actually is due to that and is not somewhere to go if you want an intimate meal..

I work in Canary Wharf and have been many times to this branch. I have noticed a considerable change on the service and the staff are more friendly as well. The food was very nice and didn't take too long as it used to, so don't know what they're doing but definitely it's improving and I'll be back more and more.

A well placed Nando's with the option for delivery in the Canary Wharf offices! Staff weren't great. One member in particular was more interested in chatting up another member rather than seating us to an empty table! Nicely decorated and always bustling.
