This store is on the top floor of Cabot Circus on the glass walk, there is also a cinema in the complex.

Parking on site in the centre's car park from 7am – 5pm is £1.50 for the first hour plus £1 per hour then 5pm – 7am a flat rate of £2, I chose to park in the park and ride on the outskirts of town which was £3 for the bus fare into town and has a drop off just outside of the complex.

The store has a very small measly interior and a massive balcony area outside which despite having a canopy above it and those environment destroying, fuel wasting patio heaters is very cold. The entrance didn't have a double door system or porch and so a cold draught blew through the store each time the door was opened, made far worse by the welcomer holding the door open for long periods of time and the staff opening it to carry food out to the balcony. The welcome table was out side the store too and the queue for the table was stood out in the cold which was quite a long queue.

Today also seemed to bring an ugly baby to the store day with a large number of noisy brats around the store and all their prams dumped in the walkways around the store and piled up around my table and the front door which did provide me with the entertainment of seeing 2 people trip over them in front of me and fall flat. However in a fire exit or health and safety front I didn't appreciate them.

I was freezing with the draft so by the time my food came I just wanted to leave the store. The chips were a large portion but seemed cold which might just be the breeze as they were carried through the store. The Mash was good and the chicken was well cooked. I got a large amount of the peri salt, unfortunately it literally blew over me and off my chips each time the welcomer held the door open for no other reason than to stand in the door way looking out at the queue of people waiting.

I finished my meal before anyone came to check if it was ok which is a let down on the staff front.

The toilets were clean and the warmest, quietest place in the store and I wish I had just taken my food into their to eat.

The Bad design of this store means I wouldn't come back and I can't understand the large number of people who were in the store.
