9:30. Ordered a burger and butterfly with chips. We were quite quickly presented with the saddest sight. The chicken was so dry, it absorbed any bodily fluid present so we refrained. May I suggest you market it to NASA (is that what the flag’s for? I personally stuck it in my chicken as a sign of surrender) and the NHS to minimise the use of urinary catheters? Late I know but no excuse for £30 of inedible food. We did politely let the server know and let them know we didn’t in any way blame them and asked them to pass our comments back to the kitchen.
