This happened at Nandos, Guild St Unit B, Middleway Retail & Leisure Park, Burton-on-Trent DE14 1NQ.
I bought 5 orders of quarter chicken with two sides and three fizzy drinks. Me and my family were waiting for about 20 minutes before the food was served. I was disappointed as the chips were burnt, coleslaw looks aged, not fresh and disgusting, grilled chickens were mediocre. The lady who served the food came to my table and asked if everything alright. I shown her the condition of the food they served. I said I was disappointed for their food. I thought the food they serve has an average standard, I just knew it was below sub-standard. Also, I was regretted for celebrating my birthday at Nandos Burton On Trent on 16/02/20. I have been there for a few times but the previous food they served were very good. Probably it was because the person who supervise the kitchen was a lady. Last night, I saw the men supervised the kitchen. That is why the food was not great. Sorry but I just share my bad experienced with this place.
