We were served by Natalie. Natalie went above and beyond to make our visit outstanding. Very friendly, helpful nothing was too much trouble. If you have an employee recognition program we would nominate Natalie.

We arrived at Nando’s Springfield Quay, Glasgow tonight around 7.30pm after already having been turned away from two Nando’s restaurants due to business. The lovely young man at the door in Springfield Quay informed us that unfortunately this Nando’s also had an extremely long wait (1hr 40min) and they therefore were no longer taking names onto the wait list.

We went to Springfield Quay Nando's tonight to enjoy their finest food tonight as a family but was left shocked from the moment we entered and left. None of the staff were very helpful, all of them seemed miserable, no smile, no greetings, food was tasteless and very unlike Nando's standard. I had placed an order of over £110 altogether and it was served to us within 7-8 minutes. I would say it is impossible to make all the food I ordered fresh in just 7-8 minutes.

Well done to the nandos Springfield Quay team time for having patience and dealing with a whole load of hungry people at the same time. So organised and efficient in getting the food out. We may not always say it (due to being hangry or having our mouths full) but we are forever grateful for you catering for Ramadan, thank you!

Had a couple of hours to kill before my train home and decided to pop over to the Springfield Quay branch, making the most of the Scottish sunshine. It’s probably about a 20-minute walk from the main Buchanan Street area and across the River Clyde (I went over the Tradeston Bridge).

I fully intended to write a satirical piece on eating out at my absolutely 100% favourite resteraunt (Nandos obviously) until I realised the form required that the specific location had to be selected.
Why?
Well I live in Inverness.
Yes, sad isn’t it. I have to travel for at least 2 HOURS to be able to enjoy the tasty, juice, succulent, delightfully spicy chicken that I fell in love after my first visit to Nandos in Glasgow.

For a change i decided to pop into the other Nandos in Glasgow. With high expectations as i knew some of my friends have been before to this store, i was quickly disappointed. We walked in and straight away was told 45 mins for a table, so as i had a staff night out i opted that my friend and i should just take-away. The friendly guy told us that was fine and that it should only take half the time, 25 mins.

This store in a purpose built leisure complex built on the river side close to Govern and very hemmed off with no footpath access along the river walk and only entrance is via the road entry which gave it a slight feeling of being in a gated complex. There is also a large Casino, Bowling centre, Odean cinema and several other food stores around the large free car park, though I had walked down from the town which was longer than it looks on the map from the lack of pathways in.

Being in Glasgow - I had to take advantage and after having had Nando's for lunch, also went for dinner at Springfield Quay. As I'd caught the train, I had a medium walk across the Clyde into the complex, but as the complex has a cinema, bowling alley and a host of other restaurants, there's hundreds of free parking spaces right outside.

I love Nando`s, sometimes I like to have a bit of finger food and these Portuguese restaurants are the place to go. This is my best place to eat in the whole world.
The food is always amazing cant beat the peri chips yummy, add as much the crazy sauce as you need. If you've never been your missing out!!

It was only quite recently that I started to go to the Springfield Quay branch but I wish I'd gone there a lot earlier!! It was a delightful experience purely based on the outgoing and friendly staff. Sometimes I can find restaurant staff far too grumpy for their own good - come on pal, turn that frown upside down. It's either that or they are far too in your face and need to take a wee chill pill - say it don't spray it mate!
